    Can substitute chicken breasts for chicken tenders, and cooked quinoa for cooked brown rice.

    It was very good but quite salty. I checked the sodium content of the jar of commercial salsa verde that I used, it was over 200 mg for 2T, so 2 C of said salsa would have over 3200mg of sodium. Would be much better if I made my own salsa verde.
