    This seems like an odd recipe, but I had some leftover ricotta cheese I wanted to use up,so I made this. Scaled it down for the 2 of us. Husband absolutely loved it. I thought it a little dry, but liked the flavor. Super easy to put together. Will make again, but will increase the marinara sauce and water.
