    This tart was beautiful and delicious. I used TJ's everything seasoning, which contains salt, so I used less (about 1.5 Tbsp) on the tart itself, and didn't sprinkle any more on at the end, but did toss some with the arugula in lieu of salt. I doubled the arugula and served that on the side for people to put over individual servings.
