    Great flavors and textures. I had to substitute ancho chili powder for chipotle and omitted the red pepper flakes; the cauliflower and chickpeas were still highly spiced, which went well with the dressing. The dressing was rather sweet; I'd consider reducing the honey next time. (Only needed maybe half of it for this salad.)

    I feel like I’ve only just discovered HBH. This salad was fantastic, possibly a bit more sturdy than intended as I was lacking cucumber and only had a handful of leaves. The flavours are delicious and work really well together. A repeat dish.
