    This is a delicious and different pizza. It is quite substantial- almost a meal in itself. I used Mark Bittman's pizza dough recipe, which is my go to pizza dough. I also adjusted the baking instructions a bit as I was concerned with all the topping ingredients the crust would be soggy. . I heated the oven to 500 degrees and baked the pizza on a baking stone on the bottom shelf of the oven and got a great crispy crust. Didn't have fontina so used mozzarella and a little parmesan-reggiano, but otherwise followed the recipe as written. Will make again!
