Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Used ground turkey, 2 bell peppers, chicken broth (instead of wine), & 90 tots; baked in 9x13 casserole dish (because the skillet I used wasn't oven-safe); made 5 dinner-size servings. It was tasty but very tot-heavy! I didn't consider how the recipe uses 1 lb of meat & 2 lbs of tots, I was just following the recipe & thinking I needed something large enough to fit 2 lbs of tots called for in the recipe (bag I had was 105 tots)... so there was a rather thin layer of meat filling & double the tots on top. Commenters on the recipe page complained onions can't be "caramelized" in 15 minutes... but using the technique of cooking in the broth (or wine), while not actually "caramelized," it does make them very soft & flavorful, which works nicely for this recipe. If I make this again (I might) I would put the filling in an 8x8 baking dish & only use about 1 lb of tots, or however many fits on top. Served with crispy ranch-garlic bread... next time a green vegetable would be a nice side.
