    Baked for 15 minutes on the first side and 10 minutes on the second side to get the tacos crispy. I think I used too much oil on the sheet pan. The recipe came together quickly using precut florets. The leftovers reheated well in the toaster oven. I would have liked a little more spice or more complexity in the flavor. The tacos were good, just not Wow!
