    Delicious! I used 1 russet potato and 1 sweet potato, all cheddar cheese, no red pepper flakes. With sweet corn, you might not need the honey; I added it and then had to add a squeeze of lemon juice to balance the sweetness.

    I love this type of chowder and had all the ingredients for a quick weeknight meal. My version was not pretty enough to photograph.
