Spaghetti with lemon pesto from The Milk Street Cookbook (2017-2022), Fifth Anniversary Edition: The Definitive Guide to the New Home Cooking with Every Recipe from the TV Show (page 219) by Christopher Kimball

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Amazing. You’re going to think 2 quarts is not enough water for a pound of spaghetti, but it is. If you’ve got fancy infused olive oils that you’re saving for a special occasion, this dish is the occasion. I used a gremolata infused oil that I got as a gift to drizzle on top and it’s insanely good. Paired this with shallow fried thin chicken breast fillet seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian bread crumbs and arugula for a well rounded meal. Pair it with a crisp white wine and it’s the perfect spring or summer meal.

This is unbelievably good. I used cashews as I had no almonds on hand. And fresh tagliatelle. So elegant tasting for such common ingredients. This is a pasta I would impress a date with.
