    Flavorful soup. I used a whole onion, granulated sugar instead of Truvia, and doenjang instead of doubanjiang because I wasn't paying close enough attention to what ingredient I was grabbing. The portion size seemed a bit small. I would probably consider this more like 4 servings rather than 6. I would make this again with the doubanjiang next time.
