Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute canned diced tomatoes for tomatoes.

    I halved the cayenne pepper and it was still spicy. I had this in the slow cooker for 2 hours on high and the potatoes were still crunchy, so I transfered it to the stove top to finish cooking. The flavor was good, but I would further reduce the cayenne or chiles next time.
