    I made approximately 1/2 recipe, but with 1 cup quinoa instead of orzo, 2 cups broth, and an entire bunch of kale, wilted prior to adding to the skillet. The quinoa took 20 min in the oven. Overall, a delicious combination of flavors, just needing more salt. I imagine the lemon slices added flavor, but we didn't care to eat them. Two of us finished this for a hearty dinner.
