    This was a delicious pizza. Neither my husband or I are fans of chicken bbq pizza, but we really liked this. The mushrooms were nicely caramelized in the glaze and the bbq sauce was not overwhelming. I used a pound of cremini mushrooms and added a 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke to the glaze. I’ll try 1/2 teaspoon next time as this will get a repeat. I didn’t make the pickled onions as I have my home canned ones.
