    This recipe is really good, but needs 2 important modifications to the instructions. 1) boil off the white wine for a few minutes before putting the lid on to pressure cook. otherwise, the alcohol doesn't cook off and that flavor comes through in the end. 2) Add salt before pressure cooking. I was surprised there was no salt in the ingredients. This is ESPECIALLY needed if you don't use the optional parmesan, and/or if your broth is low sodium.
