    Very good. The sauce is easy to make and doesn't use a lot of ingredients, which are all readily available. The sauce takes a while to cook just because the vegetables must dry out and then the coconut milk must be reduced. The sauce could be made in advance. I did grill the chicken. I didn't find that the marinade affected the flavor much. Next time I might cook the chicken under the broiler so I don't have to light the grill. I coarsely shredded the leftover chicken and added it to the sauce for leftovers.
