Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is absolutely delicious ice cream. It contains lots of toasted shredded coconut. Instead of adding to the ice cream maker in the last few minutes, I stirred in in after the ice cream was done. I think trying to add it to the churning ice cream would have made a real mess. This was a huge hit and will definitely make again.
