Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made 1/2 recipe again, this time with the correct ingredient quantities, but just used 1 tsp Maldon salt on top. That salt level was more to my liking, although I could still skip it, but it contrasted well with the jam I put on my serving.

    I made 1/2 recipe in a 9" skillet; baking time was 28 min. Too late, I realized I only used half the amount of baking powder, and the resulting cornbread did not rise that high (although it did rise) and did not brown much. As promised, the cornbread was very moist. The flaky salt on top was too much for us though - next time I'd use less or omit it. I will try this again with the correct amount of baking powder.
