    We made just the freekeh (without the chicken) - a two thirds batch, using 200g freekeh, would have happily served four. It wasn't as sweet as I had expected, perhaos because the sweet cinnamon spicing would have come from the chicken - instead, this had a decidedly savoury note. It was tasty, though.
