    Used half the amount of ginger and nutmeg as these spices tend to quickly overpower the flavor for me. I also added more milk since the batter seemed a little thicker than I like. The pancakes were tender and fluffy. Definitely worth making again!

    These were okay but the thick batter meant they were a bit soft in the middle. Not undercooked, just not the texture I prefer. My husband and I thought these were a bit too sweet but when we added a dab of creme fraiche on top it balanced the flavors beautifully.
