    We did the slow roast on the smoker instead of in the oven and it tasted delicious!

    Easy & delicious. If you like roasted vegetables from roasts, recommend adding more vegetables. I added parboiled petite potatoes & carrots. Will add onions next time as well as more potatoes & carrots.
