    This was amazing! We really loved the sweet and sour flavour. I didn’t bother peeling either the potatoes or the tomatoes and didn’t feel the dish suffered at all. I did cook it quite a bit longer than the suggested 10 mins to get the sauce to the consistency I wanted. Served with the chickpea flour pancakes from the same book - a perfect combo.
