    I only made the hand pie dough. It was easy to work with and rolled out well. The dough ended up fairly flaky. The hand pies also held together and didn't leak out at the seams. I also used a food processor to cut the butter into the dough because ain't nobody got time for hand cutting. Anyway, I'd use this dough again.
