    There was nothing remarkable about this sauce. I don't understand how two punchy ingredients that I love, rhubarb and miso, could be so blah together. This made too much for the portion of salmon I had so I used one third on salmon, then as a marinade for chicken, then as a sauce for sauteed shrimp. In no application did this sing. At almost no point could you taste that there was miso or rhubarb involved in the final product.
