Can substitute cooked vegetarian sausages for regular sausages, and broccolini for broccoli.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Simple and really delicious. The hardest part is cleaning and trimming the Brussels sprouts. This kind of salad is why I’m excited about this cookbook, it’s bright, warm, and hearty. Notes to myself that seem obvious but I didn’t pay attention to it this time: follow the rec for sheet pan arrangement in the oven. Cut up the potatoes and sausage first and throw those in because they cook longer than the Brussels and broccoli.

Alex loved this. I thought it was pretty good and definitely good enough to make again. Love the texture of the sausage. Love all the vegetables. Just not crazy about the dressing (to be fair, I used cheap balsamic). 4.5/5 from Alex, 3.5/5 for me. Averages out to 4/5
