Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Since my husband doesn't do well with too much spice/heat, I used regular sesame oil instead of hot sesame oil, and just added the red pepper flakes to my taste at the end. This was still really good and had a unique flavor from the Sichuan peppercorns, which I love (and don't use often enough!)
