    Absolutely delicious. Got many compliments on this. I used cool whip for the topping as I couldn't be bothered but next time might make homemade whipped cream. It was kind of a pain to try to put the custard through the sieve so I may forgo that next time as you cover it with whipped cream anyway. Just make sure to continue whisking during the custard making phase so you don't scramble the mixture. Really delicious.
