    Allow time to marinate, ideally 24 hours. Can substitute chicken leg fillets for chicken thigh fillets, and pitta bread for flatbread.

    This was a crowd pleaser, personally I didn’t get the garlic sauce thick enough but it was tasty drizzled over the flatbread and chicken. Will definitely do this again.
