Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Modified - used broccoli and also roasted the radicchio. The roasted broccoli and radicchio were complimentary and went well together. Go lighter with the olive oil on the radicchio as it is more delicate. Is also a pretty dish. Super easy and nice dish. Would definitely redo and would serve to guests.

    Designed to look beautiful and little else. Nothing about this goes together. The radicchio too bitter and underdressed. The charred broccolini should have been left alone and eaten as is. Very, very underwhelming.
