    I made this to use up some leftover passata and some milk which was about to turn sour. The recipe originally called for tomatoes and whipping cream. Hence, the texture of my sauce was looser. The sauce was very delicious, although my daughter found it too spicy (never mind, I can eat the leftovers tomorrow). This is quick egg curry with a complex flavour, which you could easily add to a meal as a fancy side dish to increase the protein content.
