    Note on first edition from Alinea Forum: In To Assemble and Serve ingredients, change weight "25 g carbonated water" to "125 g carbonated water". In first sentence of To Assemble and Serve, change amount "45 g" to "75 g". Last sentence in second paragraph should read "Season battered squares with mixture to taste."

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
