Can substitute challah, white bread, fruit bread or pain au lait bread for brioche bread; and raspberries or frozen raspberries, roasted pecans, yogurt, oranges, lemons, wildflower honey, roasted slivered almonds, pears, strawberries and butter for maple syrup.
