    Excellent and beautiful recipe. I grilled the asparagus shaving briefly as I prefer them that way. I subbed buttermilk by milk and yogurt. Also to note, that 10 minutes in my oven is way too much, I had lost/burnt most of my bread in 7 : i still salvaged enough though.
