Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Uffda. They were tasty, and the egg roll wrappers behaved themselves (mostly) while I was putting them together, but monitoring the oil on the stovetop was a pain in the ass. This would be easier to make if you have a fry pot where you can set the temperature and the oil stays at that temp. Frying at a little under 350F gives a better roll, but keep an eye on it, they brown up quick at the end.
