    It is nice and healthy, but not really too original - I might still make again though. One good point is that it is really simple to make. Note to self, to use the lunch box for reheating, but not microwave. I omitted the sauce, not only for lack of time, but also, because it would make another use of my mixer, and because it seemed like sort of a repeat of the crust. I might try next time anyway, the capers would probably be a nice contrast to the rest of the dish.
