    This is quite nice. I will admit to cheating and throwing some mascarpone cheese in at the very end because I had a small quantity lurking in the fridge that needed to be used, but I did taste the sauce before I added the cheese and it was lovely. It all came together quickly and is great for those nights when you want to keep your gut microbiome happy.
