Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute yellow bell peppers for red bell peppers, and canned chickpeas for cooked chickpeas. Can use the "Dr. Greger's special spice blend" recipe on p.212.

    This isn’t bad. It is a no-fat and no-salt recipe but I still added both. Still quite healthy. I’m eating it with toast and it really is quite tasty.
