Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Another amazing Ottolenghi recipe. Made this as part of a mezze spread, added also some eggplant and grilled both on my barbecue. As KarinaFrancis mentioned below the boiling vinegar is quite unpleasant but the end result is worth the smell. A real keeper!

    This recipe popped up all over my Insta so I had to make it even in the face of trouble getting zucchini in the middle of winter. This was absolutely delicious, not difficult (although the vinegar caught in my throat while it was reducing) and would be perfect side for a roast or bbq or part of a mezze spread, with bread to mop it all up. Looking forward to trying this in summer.
