Effortless matcha chia pudding from Modern Asian Baking at Home: Essential Sweet and Savory Recipes for Milk Bread, Mooncakes, Mochi, and More; Inspired by the Subtle Asian Baking Community (page 158) by Kat Lieu

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Easy to make, and I appreciated that there were weight measurements for most things so I didn’t need to wash more spoons. Not too different from your basic chia pudding recipe, but I didn’t try it with the optional miso yet. Good with fruit on top.
