Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was absolutely delicious. I used a 1.5 pound roast instead of the recommended 3 lbs, though I used the same amount of ingredients. It cooked for just over two hours. I would have liked to have a little more sauce, so I may make extra next time.
