    I love the coconut chicken soup! Go easy on the lemon juice though. Add to your taste. Also i use lime juice instead. Instead of the chile flakes, i add a whole dried chile and then remove it later. Put serving size containers of this in the freezer and you can have it any time.

    The publication date is incorrect, should be 2001. The first edition was published in 1999 (different ISBN).

      So easy, very good and very mild. Keeps well in fridge.

  • Pot roast with chiles

      This was absolutely delicious. I used a 1.5 pound roast instead of the recommended 3 lbs, though I used the same amount of ingredients. It cooked for just over two hours. I would have liked to have a little more sauce, so I may make extra next time.

      I still can't believe that Sally Fallon wrote "canned" pumpkin, instead of roasting a pumpkin yourself.
