    Basically bread and butter pudding made with panettone. Instead of slicing and neatly layering it, you just tear up the panettone. I don't see the point of frying the panettone in butter though -- it's rich enough without, especially as he uses cream instead of milk (I used half cream, half milk). I soaked my sultanas in PX sherry instead of eau de vie, because what isn't improved by PX? It was delicious.
