    I made this with salmon fillets, and cooked them in the Ninja (on bake/roast) at 185 for about 8-10 minutes. We like our salmon pretty rare in the middle, and it came out perfectly. The flavours were really nice, and the pickled salsa was both pretty and tasty. Note, I use sirop de grenadine instead of pomegranate molasses.
