Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a brilliant recipe! Reminded me of Shake'n'bake mix, but better. Easy and quick to make, and delicious to eat. The sage made the flavors really pop in the coating. Definitely making on to the regular rotation, and I'm sure that larger pieces of chicken would work just as well.
