Can substitute asparagus for sugar snap peas, and this book's "Salmoriglio" for commercial salmoriglio sauce.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Very delicious and simple. The fennel and leek added a great depth of flavor. Wonderful way to have a hearty, veg-filled meal.

Delicious! So fresh and clean. Subbed in broccoli instead of asparagus and sugar snaps as they were not in season. Used rockling, increased to 400g. Overall serves 6.
