    Given the ease of preparation, this version of an old favorite is a winner. The precook in the microwave is surprising effective, rendering the chicken as tender, juicy and flavorful as a much longer braise. The shopping list should list bacon, not sausage. I have used both Major Grey's or Hot Mango chutney, and each is fine. Serve with Simple White Rice.
