Can substitute light-fleshed fish of your choice for sea bass.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Recipe states it can be made with any light fish so I made with tilapia. Easy enough to make & looks special although glaze quickly blackens on the grill since it includes marmalade & brown sugar. Taste didn’t permeate the fish and whole fish was tough to debone so final presentation not great. Wouldn’t make again.
