Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a really interesting way to cook everything together - first time trying this method. The flavors in this dish are really nice, mellow, and smoky. Good for a cold night. Next time I’ll try it with the Celery with Ume Paste pickle.
