One-pan peanut butter tantanmen (Hayakute kantan ni dekiru pīnatsu batā tantanmen / 速くて簡単に出来るピーナツバター担々麺) from JapanEasy Bowls & Bento: Simple and Satisfying Japanese Recipes for All Day, Every Day (page 166) by Tim Anderson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

We really loved this! I used gochujang instead of the chili powder.

This is delicious. I also cut the heat for my family and only used 2tsp Korean chile flake. I would also cut back on the oil next time. The pork ended up very greasy and I had trouble draining it. Added sriracha to my portion.

Delicious- we don’t eat too hot food so toned it way down. Nice complex flavors.
