    After marinating for a few hours, I baked this instead of grilling, piling all the marinade on top of the chicken (400 F for 25 minutes). I did use the optional cilantro. Came out great. When making again, I'll bake for 18-20 minutes, top with a little grated cheese, and then broil for a few minutes.
