    This was tasty, and the vinaigrette paired nicely. Next time I would use a skinless filet. Served with the lentil salad from My New Roots and the combination worked well.

    This recipe packs a ton of flavor. It's a simple & delicious way to prepare fish. I made it with gold spot sand bass.
